Roscoe, a disabled veteran of Iraqi Freedom, is the visionary force behind RCJams Productions. With a strong sense of purpose, Roscoe conceived the idea of hosting a music festival on Memorial Day in 2022 at the Lions Club in High Springs, FL. His motivation stemmed from a desire to create a charitable event that would benefit Gold Star families. Holding a bachelor's degree in music show production from Full Sail University in Florida, Roscoe's educational background perfectly complements his passion for music. His years as a DJ following his military service, coupled with his profound love for music, inspired him to channel his skills and knowledge into creating meaningful experiences for others. Roscoe's dedication to utilizing his talents for a greater cause serves as the foundation for RCJams Productions, and his unwavering commitment to excellence continues to shape the company's success.

With over 30 years of experience as a retired mercenary IT consultant, Bobby G has honed his skills in various fields, including photography and digital video production.
